Project: A web and multimedia production company needed an office designed to facilitate a dynamic environment with multiple employees, a changing number of contractors, live sound and video production as well as an entertainment venue for clients.
Existing: Historic mill building. 4,200 square feet unfinished space, 6th floor. Overlooking the Mississippi River and the preserved ruins of the main building shell that had been destroyed by a flour explosion decades earlier.
