The greatest potential value of the house could be right underneath you.  Finishing the basement provides opportunity for custom-tailored rooms.  This household imagined a warm place for family movie nights, but couldn’t sacrifice useful storage space.  With custom cabinetry made by KDB, we defined a family room theater and fireplace, a practical but handsome walkout mudroom, an entertainment bar and volumes of storage beneath the stairs using a modular drawer system.
